Installation of Products Purchased
Note: We are unable to provide installation advice or instructions aside from the documentation that comes from the manufacturer.
For safety reasons, Francis Fuels Ltd and the manufacturers of the products we represent, recommend that you contact a licensed, trained heating and cooling professional to provide installation services for the products that you have purchased.
Pricing
Francis Fuels does not claim all prices on the website are accurate and reserves the right to refuse any sale that may contain an inaccurate price. As pricing systems are automated errors can appear. Francis Fuels reserves the right to not honor any incorrect prices. Customers will be notified of any errors prior to order processing.
Shipping Charges.
The following shipping charges will be added to your invoice upon final check-out, items ordered could have the following shipping charges, depending on your choice of shipping options (see additional conditions in Canada/USA/International Shipping below):

No Shipping charges for orders being picked up at our warehouse: 1944 Merivale Rd Nepean, ON K2G 1E9. Please ensure to present your purchase invoice and paid receipt, when picking up your order. Please wait for your order has been fulfilled e-mail, as not all items may be in stock at our warehouse
- USA, International Shipping Locations, Shipping is based on the Courier Charges to your Area. You will be notified before product is shipped.
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse: 1944 Merivale Rd Nepean, ON K2G 1E9.
You will be advised of any extra charges at the time of placing your order. Shipping charges are based upon weight, dimensions, distance traveled and type of shipping.
Shipping to USA or International locations:
Shipping method is determined by size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Items that are large or heavy will be shipped motor freight. Someone must be present to accept deliveries. Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments using a carrier of our choice. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as Brokerage Fees, customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Items backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid.
Extra charges (which are out of our control) may occur for deliveries outside of Canada. Please check with your local authorities, if these apply to you ( customs/brokerage fees, import duties or fees....ect). Payment of these fees are the consignees responsibility, and are not the responsibility of shopfrancis.com .
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.
Certain restrictions apply to Free Shipping promotions. These include use of our choice of carriers and shipping methods as well as other limitations.

Return Policy
To apply for a refund or exchange, contact customer service . Carefully repackage the item and include a copy of your packing slip in the box along with a note as to why you are returning it. Refunds will only be issued for new, uninstalled and resalable merchandise, returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. but you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us and a restocking fee of 15%.
Receipt of damaged goods must be reported to us immediately. If the item is damaged in shipping you should refuse to accept delivery. Some delivery services will permit you to inspect the item before refusing to accept it. Refused items are returned to us by the delivery service. We make every effort to carefully pack our shipments to make sure they get to you undamaged.
Manufacturers warranty product claims will only be handled directly by the manufacturer. Please do not return to shopfrancis.com
Electronic Items are also not eligible for return. Please contact manufacturer for warranty claims.
Products/Parts will be accepted for credit, subject to the following conditions:
* Products/Parts have not been installed, are in sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.
* Products/Parts returned within the first 14 days from date of purchase will be credited at your purchase price less a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping fees are not refundable.
* No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.
* SPECIAL ORDER (Non-Stock), Custom ordered, printed and custom sized items/parts will not be accepted for return or credit under any circumstances.
* Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the RMA Number (return merchandise authorization)
* Do not ship to us collect. If you do, that cost will be deducted from your credit.
* Accounts with average returns higher than industry standard may be subject to an additional restocking fee. This will be assessed on an individual basis. .
Once we receive a returned item it is inspected for conformity to our policy. Credits are issued within 48 business hours of receiving your return, to the original payment method or credit card only. Credit card adjustments may take up to 7 days to appear on your online credit card system due to banking delays.
Returns are to be shipped to the address on the packing slip.
